Visitors

The amazing Monterey Peninsula is a renowned vacation spot. Visitors who are qualified sailors who would truly enjoy a chance to cruise or learn to sail on the protected, clear waters of the Monterey Bay. While Club members have first right to charter the boats in Monterey Sailing fleet, qualified sailors who are visitors may charter boats that are available. Visitors who have an interest in learning to sail can enroll in our academy classes, become qualified in just two or three days and then charter one of the sloops in our fleet. We can also arrange for group cruises on more than one boat for special occasions so that a number of people can sail together for events such as corporate team building. We have made arrangements with a number of individual boat owners to make their boats available for such charters. There is life after golf.
